Our goal for this project was to develop innovative kitchen design ideas that blend classic and contemporary styles seamlessly. Inspired by the coast, our neutral color palette reflects the calming tones of sand, shells, driftwood, seafoam, and sky. The design is both timeless and practical, benefiting from the excellent functionality of Blum hardware solutions.

Maximising Light and Connection to the Outdoors

Our clients wanted a brighter interior with ample storage and countertop space, fostering a seamless connection to the outdoors. We designed a spacious island for secondary preparation, serving, clean-up, and entertainment. Thoughtful spatial planning maximised natural lighting, enhancing the coastal style aesthetic. White and sandy beige cabinetry further brightened the space, creating a calming and breezy atmosphere.

Elegance in the Details: Classic Square Profile and Texture-Rich Island

Our kitchen design boasts classic square profiles and sleek, handle-less cabinetry with continuous extrusion handles. To add depth, we incorporated a texture-rich island featuring thermoform profiled panels. Coastal elements shine through with a barely-there blue herringbone tiled splashback and the strong blue-grey veining of Cala Vagli Quartz used for the benchtop surface. The warmth of driftwood-colored flooring ties the space together beautifully.

Coastal design elements include a subtle blue herringbone tiled splashback and bold blue-grey veining in the Cala Vagli Quartz countertop. Driftwood-colored flooring adds warmth and cohesion.
