Embracing Nature in Kitchen Design: A Botanical Haven
For a client who loves nature and botanical gardens, we designed a kitchen that brings the outdoors inside. We used natural elements to create a beautiful and lasting space that reflects their passion for organic living.
We enhanced the existing wooden flooring for warmth and texture, resembling botanical gardens. The countertops and upstands are made of natural stone, adding durability and a touch of luxury. We included lots of greenery, like hanging plants and an indoor garden area, to bring the feel of a lush garden indoors.
The color scheme uses greens, browns, and neutrals to create a calming atmosphere. Existing pops of teal and emerald green surrounding white cabinets add vibrancy, reminiscent of lush foliage. This design turns the kitchen into a peaceful, functional, and elegant space that celebrates nature

Unique Beauty: Seafoam-Green Quartzite for Luxury
Seafoam-green quartzite is a luxurious natural stone that adds elegance and calm to the kitchen. Its soft green tones resemble rural landscapes, making it perfect for a sophisticated design. The polished surface provides a rich texture, enhancing the kitchen’s overall look. Extending this stone from the countertops to the servery upstand creates a seamless, cohesive appearance that ties the design together beautifully.
Minimalist yet Elaborate Island Design
The kitchen island is a centerpiece, set upon beautiful pillar ends with bespoke profile sectioning. This enhances the traditional minimalist yet elaborate kitchen design, adding a touch of grandeur and sophistication. A bespoke on-bench pantry showcases the granite upstand set against a white engineered benchtop with a white granite sink paired with Astra Walker signature tapware in aged brass. The pantry is designed with thicker shelving for display and layered lighting to highlight the beauty of the granite.
