All services provided by Design Suite (Blakeborough Designs Ltd) are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Quotes are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change due to supplier pricing.
Invoices are issued as payment claims under the Construction Contracts Act 2002.
Late payments may incur interest and collection costs.
All intellectual property (including plans and renderings) remains the property of Blakeborough Designs Ltd until full payment is received.
Clients must notify us of any disputes in writing within 10 working days of receiving an invoice or service delivery.
All kitchen design plans, specifications, and drawings are protected under the Copyright Act 1994. These remain the intellectual property of Blakeborough Designs Ltd and must not be copied, distributed, used for construction, shared with third parties, or included in tender processes without prior written consent.
